The bag I purchased is a medium bag and it is pretty large, with tons of zippered compartments inside and out. There are outside zippered pockets for a phone, a parking stub, keys or anything you would like to access quickly and easily. It is well made, looks good and was packed very well. I will use the short handle over my shoulder, but it comes with a longer strap so you can convert it to a crossbody. There is a middle zippered pocket inside that actually partitions the purse into two sides, which helps me organize my things. It is large enough to handle my tablet and charger. I will hope that the faux leather holds up because I’m pretty rough handling my handbags, but I do love that I can carry so many things and zip this bag up so everything is nice and snug - no worries things are going to fall out like some hobo bags. ... show more

I am kind of particular about my handbags. This one was delayed delivery, but finally arrived today. I like it it is big and roomy, but not cumbersome since I am a short gal. I holds everything I need for work. I don't carry a lot with me regularly, just my phone which is also my wallet and my keys. But I carry a lot of other stuff to work. I got the black w/gunmetal trim. It's not real leather, but it does not look cheap. I ordered another bag and sent it back because it did look cheap. I don't like to order super expensive bags because I get bored with them. I think this one is nice and I will keep for a while...maybe next time I will order it in a different color :) ... show more

I do like the color and look of this purse and it is a pretty good value. I will say, if your looking for a leather feel, this is not the purse. I was hoping it would be softer, but it feels plasticy.. if that makes sense. The small strap is slippery and never stays on my shoulder. I like that it comes with a longer adjustable strap. I like all the pockets they are very convenient and the space inside the purse is more than enough, although i like more of a cloth feel to the inside of my purse, and this is definitely more on the side of feeling like plastic, but probably easy to clean and I can fit some sippy cups, and baby wipes easily. ... show more

Like many products created for women, we all have persnickety likes and dislikes, don't we? What I love about this bag, you may hate. I need a bag to hold "STUFF"! (That's said in a deep bass voice) You may prefer a hand clutch by Kate Spade. Personally, I don't see what the hoopla is about those. They hold nothing. See, we're all different. I am kinda picky about my purses that I spend actual money on. Recently, (like for the last 10 years) I been using a grocery tote. I just couldn't find style, color, or features for less than $100. I'm cheap. I don't want to cart around something that costs a bunch of money, I just want it to look like I am! I like everything about this purse with one exception. I like the faux leather. It is supple, soft and feels nice. It also looks nice. I like the BOHO style. I like the size of the bag. I mentioned my tote bags. I need space. I need pockets, I need zippers. I need my STUFF! This bag has a lot of stylish room. I like the heavy zippers. I don't think these zippers will give up due to hard use any time soon. I like the layout of the interior. THANK YOU FOR NOT MAKING THE INTEIOR BLACK. I have passed on many a purse because of black lining. I'd prefer a color other than gray, but it is such a huge step in the right direction that I'm not going to complain about that. I'm just so glad it isn't black. How do designers expect you to find anything in a cavernous bag with a black lining?? The interior has a middle zippered pouch and a zipper pocket on one side. It has two side zipper pouches that I didn't think I'd like, but I really, really do. it also has a back zipper pocket. I actually haven't found a use for that yet, since this purse is SO roomy. I like the handle that can be used as a hand hold or swung up onto the shoulder. I haven't used the longer one yet. I wanted this on my shoulder and tucked under my arm. It's perfect. My one complaint, and keep in mind this will not keep me from enjoying my new bag, is that it is a little heavy. All of that quality of materials costs in the weight of the bag. Then when I pack it with my STUFF, it gets heavier. I'm thinking I'll just build some "purse muscle" to deal with that little issue! Seriously, we all have our little picky things that keep us from liking one bag or another. This bag hits everything for me. I love the style, the quality, the roominess...I like it so much, I may buy another one and put it away for when this one finally gives up the ghost and becomes too ratty to use. I wanted a medium size purse I could fit my iPad in that wasn’t a huge tote or a laptop bag. I’m NOT a purse girl and don’t like carrying bags but the “iPad” bags are crap and if I had to carry it around, I guess I’d also throw in my brush, makeup etc... This purse had great reviews and it’s a solid 100% purse that is very cute. Doesn’t have a funky smell and would fit all my stuff if I carried stuff. However… I wanted it for a iPad Pro 12.9, and I can’t get it inside. The medium size specs were perfect and SHOULD fit with spare but the inner pocket is smaller than the outer dimension of the purse by an inch and the pocket curves smaller toward the top so it won’t fit sideways and longways sticks out and the zipper strains. So 3 stars for me because I can’t zip it and carry my iPad which means I probably won’t ever use it… ... show more
