Immediately when I opened the box, I noticed it was crooked. BUT, there are screws under the plate on the back that you mount to the wall and, with adjustments, it’s easily straightened out. Looks sleek/modern, yet simple and not overstated or builder-grade and the install is easy. I would recommend using your own/heavy duty anchors as they’re easier to install IMO than the cheap ones provided. With that being said, we used the ones provided and they worked fine - they just needed to be hammered in. first time drilling thru tile to install this, i got a 1/4" diamond hole saw and was slowly able to do it (first i used my own not-so-great dewalt drill, and it took a very long time to make the hole, but then i borrowed a friend's Milwaukee hammer drill and it went a lot easier). after getting thru the tile, I used a regular bit to drill thru the sheetrock/drywall and then carefully hammered in the anchors. after all that, it was easy the towel rail hold sturdy and looks nice and good quality! ... show more
