Good Price for two items! I bought for home use, so I wasn't expecting much? I figured these were between Harbor Frieght and Craftsman quality? But, to my surprise, they look and feel better! I didn't want a giant size drill for the house, but my Bosch 10.8,12v & Milwaukee 18v stuff, I keep at my shop, along with some Tool Truck Brand battery tools. The drill I'm tempted to take to work...And the impact, I'll convert to a 3/8" anvil of some sort? It is solid, and has some bronco kick to it! I'm sure it would snap basic brand 1/4" bits etc. And compared to the drill, it throws a major spark! But, for the $, I knew they weren't brushless? The rubber half boot, you may need to glue in place. And as good as the micro stubby Milwaukee impacts are, I'm an Old Timer now, so as much as I like having a Stubby 1/2" and 3/8" 250 Ft. Lbs lil monsters! I'm used to impacts around this size, plus for the Snap On, Mac, Proto and other expensive bits, I have. There's no need to risk snapping them on a daily basis? Plus, sometimes the replacements are from China etc. So, use your tools and your tool power wisely. These won't replace your Dewalts,Milwaukee's, Matco or Snap Ons? But they are good quality and good enough for some shop or job site work, but better for home use, by people who still like and want good tools! ... show more

Drill is 3/8 chuck not 1/2 inch. But is not lacking in power at all. The impact gun will take a tire off of your vehicle I did it myself proved it.

I have been using these for 18 months now. I'm not a huge fan of battery powered tools, BUT these have been surprisingly good value for the money and I use the 1/4" Impact WAY more than I thought I would. I have had an old Makita 9.6V drill for the last 20 years that I was tired of spending $30 every couple years for a NiMH battery. With the Hammerhead I got 2 tools for the price of 2 of those antiquated batteries and the performance of the 20V is much better than that old Makita drill. Will these last me 20 years? Probably not, I can't even find a replacement battery right now. ... show more

Pretty decent. Wasn’t expecting anything insanely powerful for the price. Can get smaller tasks done. Really annoying that it only came with one battery and I can’t seem to buy another one anywhere. Probably should have considered that before I bought them. I’ll look for another brand for my next tools. ... show more

I tried the drill so far. The battery run low kinda fast after using on a couple of tasks. I need to use my he compact drill before I say anything. Overall, without two batteries you might be content with this dual set.

    • Terrible batteries, worse customer service
Bought the set for simple household repairs and projects. Within a month the battery stopped charging altogether. Tried to let it drain until dead and charge but that didn't work. Contacted customer service because the set is outside Amazon's return period. They stated that they will not honor their warrenty and it can only be returned by amazing. Amazon won't because it's out of return period and the circle continues. Not going to purchase from this vendor or company again ... show more

These hammerhead tools look good but doesn't last 10 minutes of use and I can't seem to find an extra battery to buy. I'm not very well pleased with this product. I said I will never buy another
