Amazing Amazing! I am remodeling my kitchen and built a nook for a fridge assuming I could easily find something to fit. I was wrong, it was not easy! Two years later I found this fridge from Hampton Bay! Perfect, double door with freezer! I slotted into place and let it sit for a few hours before plugging in. Please do likewise when you receive any refrigeration equipment, let it sit unplugged for hours so any oils have a chance to drain back into the compressor, avoid premature failures. The fridge got cold quickly, makes no sound at all, spacious interior, clean lines, well lit all spaces, generous freezer draw, ample door storage, functional. Clean lines, wonderful evenly brushed stainless, well folded corners without deformity, easy sliding rollers, well placed easy adjustment levelers, recessed handles top and bottom.     • Curtis International holds warranty

I loved our new refrigerator until it stopped working. The warranty company is not Hamilton Beach it's Curtis International known for being sued for not following through with the warranty. I have spent an entire month numerous emails numerous pictures they've had me cut cords scratch off serial numbers and model numbers right my case number in permanent marker they're having me do all of this I still have not gotten anything. Also they have a rule if you raise your voice if you're disrespectful if you say profanity if you get angry your case is dropped and they're not going to speak with you anymore. So first they drive you crazy by every 3 days giving you something else you have to do which you've already done three times in hopes that you get upset. Curtis International handles warranties for many appliances they do most of the lower cost appliances so before you buy any Appliance look up and see who handles the warranty if it's Curtis International don't buy the product. I've got a month with a mini fridge and I have a family of five. Very stressed very upset about this and I don't have money to buy another refrigerator ... show more

No stars for this refrigerator. The motor failed in 10 months. ZERO reliability. They (Hamilton Beach) wouldn't cover their product! No refund or replacement from them. Amazon stood behind it and refunded every penny. Thank you Amazon.

When the refrigerator arrived it looked great! However it never worked at all. Plug in and nothing. I dreaded the thought of having to exchange such a large item . The actual exchange part was very smooth. They sent a replacement right away and it did work when it arrived and looked great! Unfortunately, Amazon has not contacted me to pick up the original fridge that did not work. They said I would receive an email scheduling a pick up but it has been weeks and nothing!! Every time I have tried to reach an actual person I have been unable to. My return time is about to run out!!!!!! I was prepared to leave a 5 star review for the ease of getting the replacement , yet all this anxiety about scheduling a pick up has really made me regret purchasing an item like this from Amazon. Will not be doing again and would advise anyone to do the same 😢 ... show more
