This desk is great for the price, I needed a desk that wasn't too big (working in a smallish space,) had some built in shelving and preferably looked nice on a budget. This desk fit all my criteria. After setting it up, I have some criticism: the instructions were quite nondescript- pictures only. I found it easy enough to figure out though. Hand screwing in the bolts was the worst part. The hand tool provided is small and the bolts were stubborn and took awhile to fully tighten. This eventually became uncomfortable and bordering on painful, I had to take breaks to let my hands rest and also put on gloves after a while. This drew out the installation time. I might recommend trying a drill, but I would be worried about the bolts stripping. I had at least 3 of the provided bolts strip just from using the hand tool- definitely go slow when screwing these in as they dont seem high quality. Ultimately I would purchase again if I had to, though you get what you pay for.

This relatively small desk turned out to be perfect for what I wanted. It was a bit challenging to put together (although the instructions were good). The stand (which can be installed on the right- or left-hand side) is convenient for books and small devices. I'd recommend it for the reasonable cost and it's small footprint.

I got mine a month ago, i been having a blast, is decently spacey was better than i expected, really easy to assemble. Now I don't know how durable it will be the surface is strong but the edges is what i am worried about you know since is not real wood and if something gets spilled and liquids get through there it will start to decay. I hope that never happens but im happy with my purchase
