This unit is compact but sturdy with a Non-Slip base. The compressor case has room to store one sprayer, cup, and hose, but no extra storage provided for the spare sprayer, extra cups and charger. So this is highly portable, but you'll still need to have a way to pack the extras. The original box of course holds all parts, but it's a pretty large box - although it is gorgeous. You cannot use this unit while charging (full charge takes about 2 hrs). It is great to have 2 sprayers for fast switching. I'm not a novice, and pretty handy at applying on myself- but this is a medium learning curve for beginners. The nice thing is you can start off with lotions and serums first to get the hang of it. Fun too! I like this unit much better than my handheld for more options and control. There are 5 Modes (with 3 adjustable settings on each mode). This is the selling point to me since I can use my serums and removers in this - it sets it apart from the handheld sprayers I have which has limited mediums and viscosity. It works well for me and I'm pretty excited trying out all the options. The instruction book provides 5 Mode descriptions that are completely different than the listing, so I'm showing both versions because I think the manual has better descriptions. This GX Makeup Airbrush worked quite well. The build quality and materials are good, and the pump is small and compact for travel if necessary. The instruction are lacking from the manual, but the product page provides some better tips. This does require some level of skill, which will likely come with practice, so don't expect to pick this up and make a masterpiece right away. The cost is reasonable for what you get and the value for the money is good. Overall, this makeup airbrush won't disappoint. Practice makes perfect so stick with it. If you are looking to get into makeup airbrush this set may be a good starter set for you at a reasonable price.

I like to so FX makeup sometimes so this is fun to play with. It will give you a much lighter-feeling makeup than using grease paint. Plus, it’s faster and easier to clean off because it’s water based. This airbrush works well although you do have to be sure to clean it often so it doesn’t clog. I only use it for small amounts of makeup — mostly on the face — and it works well for that. It’s a bit small to do full body painting without some larger cups to hold the makeup. I do find it’s easier for me to use this on others as it’s a bit awkward to use it on myself. Also, it’s a bit intimidating because you have to hold it closer to you face. But I really like the look I can get from airbrush makeup so it’s fun to use. I only took off a star for the fake before/after photo on the first product photo. That photo is faked and doesn’t show the true effects of airbrush makeup. Also, any improvements to your skin are going to vary depending on what brand of airbrush makeup you use. They should just show a true photo and not be deceptive like that. But other than that, this works well and I’ll have fun playing with it.

If you’ve never used an airbrush before I’d stay clear of this product. The directions are unclear and could use a lot of improvement. This kit came packaged beautifully in a lovely box. I would have rather had detailed directions instead of the presentation though. The pictures I included are the only directions in the package, that’s it. If I can figure out how to use this I will update my review on the actual product. Leaving a 3 star review because I’m unclear wether it’s wonderful or terrible but if I based it off the directions I wouldn’t order this.

This is an amazing airbrush kit that I got for my wife. She's been wanting one ever since her wedding day make up artist used one on her. First off, is the packaging. This is probably the most beautiful packaging I've seen for a product yet... so it is very giftable when it comes to that department. When it comes to the actual product, this might not be for everyone. I have experience with airbrush kits for culinary and art purposes, so this was a no brainer, easy to use kit. For my wife, not so much. She said "I'm going to need a video for this one". When she attempted to use it on herself, it was hard for her to do. I was able to produce great results on her (with her coaching on what she's looking for), but this is something that would take a lot of practice to do on yourself. Awesome kit, just know what you are getting into before you get into it.

I was honestly most impressed with the beautiful packaging that this airbrush comes in- if you're looking to purchase have one as a gift, this one certainly is very giftable! Salmon-y color if the airbrush is also really pretty. Now for the airbrush itself, it looks and feels well made, having never used an airbrush before so I have no others to compare it to. I highly recommend if you're a newbie like me start with thin serums and facial mists, or heck, even water, just to get the hang of using the airbrush. There is definitely a learning curve and I'm not close to really mastering it yet. Make sure that you only use makeup suitable for an airbrush- i.e. thin enough so you don't clog the machine and that you get smooth and even coverage. My goal is to eventually get good enough to use this for more complex cosplay and Halloween makeup, but give yourself grace if you're new at using airbrushed, watch some YouTube videos, and be patient! It's not for quick makeup applications that's for sure, but I feel like so far this has seemed like a decent airbrush for me as a first timer.
