    • Not very smooth and poor support
The media could not be loaded. I have the manual version. It looks very nice. However, the two pulleys' curve are frozen in the belt, creating two humps. These humps cause the slider to jerk and is especially noticeable without the flywheel. I attached a video clip to show this. When I contacted their support, they offered to send a new belt but the belt never arrived. With the flywheel attached, the motion is smoother but I can still feel the jerkiness while pushing it. Without the belt issue I would give 5 star. After trying a few times, I concluded that even if the device is perfectly smooth, I won't be able to slide it at a constant speed, and I also want the camera to track an object while the slider moves. So manual slider is not for me. PS. On second look, the jerky motion is probably not caused by the reason above. It seems like the pulleys/cog wheels are not perfectly round. ... show more

Its gets the job done for small scale work but when you are looking for something to give you crisp smooth footage with no shake, look else where. There was a constant slight bump in my footage when the slider got to a specific spot on the rails. Could not spot the imperfection on the rails but it was there. ... show more

This was a gift for my son. Material and workmanship are great. There is another piece , that I didn’t realize at the time, you need to purchase to attach the camera. Overall a nice affordable option for someone to get started with.
