  • Worth it!
I began having eye strain from working on a laptop while telecommuting during the pandemic. In the office, I worked on a desktop that didn't seem to cause the blurry eyes and mild headaches that I was experiencing using the laptop. I decided to try blue light blocking glasses to see if they would help my situation. These types of glasses come in a wide range of prices. Since I didn't go to my optometrist for a diagnosis, I wasn't sure what the real cause of the eye strain was and decided to let price and ratings help me decide which glasses to purchase. Because of the many positive ratings and the incredible price, I decided to purchase SIOU Blue Light Blocking Glasses that came with 2 pairs of glasses. The price I paid was 1\2 to 1\5 the price of many of the other glasses AND I got two pairs. I put them on immediately upon arrival and I wear them every day. They do help with eyestrain and mild headaches. The frames are not heavy so they don't slide down. And since they have no magnification and aren't prescription, I can wear them as covid-19 eye protection if I decide to go out in public. Added bonuses were included with my purchase. I received a mini flashlight and a glasses repair tool, along with a cleaning cloth and cloth carrying case. I would definitely purchase these blue light blocking glasses again from this seller again. ... show more

  • Not attractive and not a "standard" lens.
First of all - I am not sure why this company wouldn't make frames for men and women. These are much too large for my head and not at all attractive. That being said, I only plan to wear them while looking at the screen, so, it is not a performance issue. My major problem with these is that they actually change the focus. I'm not sure if it is magnifying the screen or making it concave/convex, but, it is definitely doing something. I wore these for about an hour and they actually made me nauseated. I am sure the amber tinted lenses keep blue lights out, but, they are impossible to wear. ... show more

  • Tight Frame and Distracting Logo on a Lens
I like the color of the lenses but the frame is average and pretty tight. Definitely hard to spend over 8hrs daily in front of the computer screen wearing them. Even more so, since they have a brand logo embeded in the upper corner of one of the lenses which I find super distracting. The lenses smuge a bit but are way better than the cheaper brands I tried using. ... show more

  • What's not to like about these?
These are extremely effective glasses. I had serious doubts about them being any more than a gimmick. I was wrong. These are not a gimmick. They are awesome for headache cessation, eye fatigue, and the most surprising thing for myself was the overall improvement in my perception of in game graphics. I had no idea that the effect would be one of great enhancement in terms of how my Xbox x looks on my Sony Bravia X900E. It is really nice, cleans up the already beautiful display, creates a ton of depth coming awfully close to full on 3D effects all while making my veiwing less stressful on my eyes, eliminating headaches, and saving my eyes from a bunch of damage I wasn't aware I had been causing myself without the glasses. The only difficult thing for myself is that I've never worn glasses in any capacity and couldn't stand even wearing shades outside due to more than a few odd feelings for me with glasses on my face. These aren't without some of the same odd feelings, but they are with so many positives and so heavy with incentive to wear them I have found myself rapidly adapting and not feeling the annoyances anymore. They are quite comfortable and fit very well which also helps alot. Bottom line I don't see any reason not to deploy the safety benefits of these while enjoying the visual enhancements they provide. It's a win win imo. Definite recommendation from me. ... show more

  • Can't do it without them
I work for 9 hours a day at least and those guys are always with me. Glass is also fine and easy to clean.

  • Solid, But a Bit Too Dark
I used these for abt a month before returning them. They initially helped with headaches, but I noticed that my eyes were feeling fatigued after using them and came to the conclusion that they were too dark for my work environment. They definitely block blue light, but I needed something that let more light in and swapped to a pair of liquette lenses (35% vs the 65%). I liked: The build quality: they feel sturdy without being too heavy. Fit: I took measurements from my sunglasses and these fit as expected. The bridge was especially comfortable. My ears are a little asymmetrical and these sit straight on my face (bonus of a thicker bridge, I've noticed) Headphones: These squeeze my head and become painful if worn with my over the ear headphones (Polk Striker Pros) Didn't like: Lenses: They had to be cleaned frequently. I felt like I was always taking them off to clean some smudge or make things less dirty. They'd pick up finger prints through the cleaning bag/carrying case. Dark: too dark for my frequently already dark home office environment. Would absolutely recommend to friends to try out! ... show more

  • They work. For me anyway.
Pretty good. There is some glare, I can see my eyes in the reflection of the glasses when wearing them. Theyre slightly magnified but what I've read says that it isn't going to mess up your eyes. Ever since I started wearing them my eyes and sleep have been great. I was skeptical at first tbh.. but they weren't expensive so I gave them a chance. Happy with it. ... show more

  • Lenses are good but Frame is average at best
I spend a lot of time in front of screens and in the short time Ive had these I have found it easier to stay on task in front of my screen. I play video games at night and find it easier to get to sleep at night since wearing these. The Lenses seem to work great and as intended but when I received these out of the package the frame was bent and the glasses don't properly sit on my face. This is very annoying and I find I would wear the glasses to work and in other environments but will not due so due to the significance of this defect. All in all the glasses were purchased for gaming and I do not stream so they have met their primary goal when I purchased them. ... show more
