Though small and snug, they do help with eye strain when working on a laptop 45+hours a week. Next time, I'll look for larger lenses and a more comfortable fit. The plastic around the nose guard leaves dents in my nose and starts to hurt at the end of the day.

This looks ridiculous on me, but really helps me reduce eye strain. I wished those glasses would not be that wide and be offered in a women style. I can NOT use them during online tutoring sessions because they look that big. Not made for people with slimmer faces. If they would not dramatically reduce my eye strain I would have returned them. I wasn't sold on whether or not I'd like using these, but they grew on me to the point that I don't really like using a computer without them. These especially make bright light, white backgrounds, etc, much more tolerable

I bought the same brand but different style of blue light glasses. My daughter loves this style, I wished I had the same pair. I like the fit. Would buy another pair if needed.

They are comfortable, and they may slightly help while I stare at my computer screens all day for work. I wear them after-sunset while watching TV and being on the phone. Not sure if I have really netted any benefit. And they weren't cheap.

They really work well in reducing eye strain on the computer. Not crazy about the styles they have for women. Had to buy a mens style to get something that I liked, but they're too big and fall off my face. But it helps so much I just deal with it.

These glasses are awesome although they do make everything zoomed in for your vision quite a bit still love them help reduce my eyestrain I game about 16 hours a day average or more.
