I do reviews for Amazon in the Vine program where we get certain items for free to give fair unbiased reviews. When I saw Nertz cards, I did a doubletake. I learned the game from friends from Nebraska about 20 years ago, but it's always seemed a forgotten game, with pretty limited options in terms of apps and such. But it's a great game that takes solitaire to the next level and will challenge anyone. So seeing these cards, I was excited to give them a try. And, as expected, they're quality. I love the colors and the basic organization, it definitely helps the game go easier. They're simple and solid, not being anything excessive, just adding a nice mix of simple backing colors. And it's still nice to get jokers, in case you're wanting to play other games. I always would visit family around the holidays, and we'd want to play a game, and I'd think of Nertz as a great option... but we wouldn't have cards, or would have too many similar decks. I bought a few decks to try to take places, but they get separated and forgotten compared to the big board games. But this box keeps things streamlines and really should ensure that we can play Nertz whenever we want, or Euchre, Spades, Rummy, or just about any other game to our heart's content. And now it's a great (albeit crazy!) option for larger groups than can play many of the traditional board games. $2.10 a deck seems a fair price, and they seem decent cards. I was always going to be a huge fan of anything focusing on Nertz. But this product really does exude quite a solid quality. An instant star in my games collection!

If you're looking for a crazy, fast card game to play with multiple people this is it! I've played Nertz for years with a standard deck of cards, but it's always a struggle to play with more than 3-4 people because you must have decks of cards with different colors or designs on the back to be able to keep score. This box has 12 different colored decks included so we'll be able to play with so many more people! The instructions are well written and easy to understand. The quality of the cards is sufficient. They're not cheap paper cards but not super thick either. I'm hoping they'll hold up to our crazy game play. This game is one that about half of us play standing up to be able to see and react to quicker. If you haven't played this before, you MUST! Great price for what you're getting and you can use these cards for other games as well.

We play nertz (peanut) almost every weekend. I have bought several decks of nertz cards over the years. This set of decks, the quality is horrible! I will never buy these again. After just a few weeks of playing they were almost impossible to play with.

As a math teacher, I am always trying to find new ways to incorporate math into fun activities in the classroom. There are plenty of math-related games to play using cards. This pack allows me to have 12 groups of students playing at the same time. The different colors of the decks ensure that they don't get mixed up and they all end up back where they belong by the end of class.
