This year I just loaded this handy hanging basket with all my trimmings and they dried quickly, for the most part inside of a week! I used this to "cure" garlic and onions that I harvested this year on my shaded deck. I hung it from a large S hook, and also tried a pole, but regardless it kinda hangs to one side and all the onions end up clumped together. It's not really that big of a deal, but it makes it a little less aesthetically appealing and preferably I'd like to have them spaced out a bit more to dry better and not potentially bruise each other.
