Love the skates! In my many hobbies that I pick up I thought I could put these bad boys on and take the dog for a run, wrong! If you are just starting, make sure you are fully seated before putting them on. Look and actually measure your foot to get the correct size!!! I bought a size down as recommended for my shoe size, but they are still pretty big, I could have gone smaller. But I wear them with 2 pairs of socks (one of them thick) and it does the job. They're easy to lace up, they're very comfy, and look great.
