Stainless Steel Pulley Single Wheel for Rope

This pulley is nicely made from stainless steel with a smooth rolling bearing. It is working well with both 3/8-inch nylon and polypropylene rope but seems like it would also work fine with 1/2-inch rope as well.

Heavy Duty - screwdriver extension needed to install - wish it had Torx head screws

This is a very solid pulley - for that, it would get five stars. But the mounting plate is a bit short, making it hard to screw it down without using an extension on an electric driver or a long screwdriver. (Also, the provided screws are not top quality - the screw head can strip out if the wood it is going into is dense or hard [a pilot hole might be needed as well.] I would have preferred Torx head screws.)

Sturdy and Corrosion Resistant

I mounted the pulley in our home attic above the pull down access stairs. We have an extra high ceiling with an extended fold down stairs impractical to open and close. The pulley was screwed to the underside of a roof joist and pull rope operates smoothly for this application. This significantly improved the folding stair operation and recommended for durability and value.
