We own a Grizzly table saw, jointed, drum sander...just to preface this review. Grizzly products are generally good but this planer we received was defective when we got it home. Took back to Grizzly, sat in store for 5hrs for them to fix. Brought back home and same identical problem we had prior to taking back. Grizzly tld us they wld come get it...which really meant they were charging us $1300 for UPS to come pickup. As well as charging us a 10% restocking fee to return even though they had already stated it was defective from the start. Very disappointed in grizzly's so called customer service.
