We ended up buying her some thing different and just hanging on to the gift to give at a later date. Well, a couple months later, when we gave it to her, we learned that it does not work properly. Unfortunately, the return window had closed and I was unable to return it. Right from the get-go, the screen would freeze up. We bought these for our boys for Christmas- they don’t work anymore. They’re constantly freezing and won’t turn off until you let the battery run out. We know how to take care of technology- we empty the memory card constantly to ensure they are would work well. The 30 day return policy is for a reason, after 2 months, these should be working!!!! Our daughter has one and it’s been working for 3 years so the fact that we have 2 that are not ok after 2 months means these aren’t ok!!!! ... show more
