Nice desk. I got the smaller 40 inch because I was actually using it in addition to my current L desk setup to expand my desk space. It blends in well. I got this on sale for an extremely good value, but I think the market price might be a bit steep for the size and space. Either way, it does its job as a desk and holds quite a bit of weight as I recently discovered that I'm able to sit on it. Assembly wasn't hard at all, I got it done in about an hour. ... show more

This desk was just what I needed and I especially love the ability to decide which side I wanted my shelves on. I bought the white and black 47 inch. The wood is textured and arrived in good condition. The directions were vague, but numbered so it was pretty straightforward. It was almost a breeze to assemble, but I had one stubborn hole for the shelf that was slightly off alignment, but after loosening my other screws a bit and doing the stubborn hole first, I had a much easier time. This desk is super sturdy and of good quality. I was happily surprised that there was a cup holder as I didn't realize it when I purchased. Love the desk design and how it looks. It definitely accommodates two monitors too. The only issue I had was during assembly. The main two holes towards leg #2 that hold the shelves weren't aligned, just slightly off, which made it hard to attach the shelves. Bar #9 seemed too small to fit across the bottom. Additionally, the assembly process took me a long time. But other than that, I love it! ... show more

Nice little office desk, so far it’s good, took me maybe 30 min to assemble, instructions were easy to follow. I like the look and it’s not a bulky desk, great for a laptop and 2nd monitor. Pro tip, do not over torque the screws into the wood as the nuts are plastic, other than that im satisfied.

Overall, once I figured out the proper assembly, putting the desk together was easy. It’s very sturdy and worked perfectly for what my son needed it for, but note that the assembly directions may be different. I had to watch a product review video of a customer explaining how the holes didn’t match up with the legs, which was the initial problem that I had, to realize why I couldn’t get legs 1 and 2 to connect properly. In her video I noticed that the directions were different in her assembly package and that her picture for connecting bars 1 and 2 to with one another was different from the directions that came in my package. Her directions worked perfect and I was finally able to get the desk put together. This is just something to think about when you purchase this desk… the assembly directions to connect legs 1 and 2 could be a little off. ... show more
