This is the nicest ring I have ever seen for BPA free and water only filled. Very nice and useful product! Hard to describe but every smaller circle has an abrasion on it and helps with the teething process for a child. (Bumps for little gums to chew on in other words) I bought this along with the stacking cups (meant for 6 months plus putting them away for him) and the keys. So far my child loves the keys more than the ring cool soothing teether. I am sure in time he will love this item as well. He is only four months old and this is a little heavy for him to hold currently. I love that it's only made out of water and is BPA free! UPDATE-- NINE MONTHS OLD my child loves this teether so much I am buying another one. We have the apple teether made by a different company. He doesn't care for that one as much. The apple teether over time seems like there is not enough water. I am buying another one of the green sprout ones because I want one in the fridge at all times and the water in the teether is lasting a very long time for as much as it's been bit on and stuck in the fridge. The teether is going strong! The Green Sprout stacking cups are a big hit in the tub! I got this teething ring for my 7 month old. He loves it. I hand wash it with hot water and soap and it comes clean very easily. It is a lot bigger than I thought it would be, but it still works. My little guy’s hands get cold from holding it, so I have to hold it for him which is okay, but not everyone has the time to sit around and hold this in a baby’s mouth. It is also pretty wide, so it touches his cheeks while he chews on it and his skin turns quite red and cold. This is my baby's favorite teether. It can keep him gnawing for 30 minutes - an hour. This size was just right. There is another Green Sprouts teether (Silicone 2-pack) that is a lot smaller if you are looking for such, however, my baby liked this one better, and I don't have to worry about him jamming something small all the way into his mouth and gagging. It's a bit bigger than the palm of my hand. It is easy for him to hold on to and pick up again if he drops it. He seems to like the even shape better than he likes some of his other teethers in the shapes of fish, keys, hands, etc. which have corners that poke him in various surprising parts of his face. Its thickness seems to help him be able to teethe on it with his top and bottom gums simultaneously. He is about 8 months old and it is small enough that he can get it his open mouth and still have room to bite down a bit. It has a bit more "give" (softer) than some other teethers, but my baby seems to like that too. Best of all, I like that this is made of safe materials. I was going to buy the much more expensive natursutten teether, but when we were shopping, the natursutten teether Natursutten BPA-Free Chill-It Teether, Fish, 3-12 Monthshad been recalled in Canada so we went with this one. Its nit as soft as I expected like when I was younger. Its pretty hard even when it isnt frozen. I have to squeeze pretty hard juat to squish it. Baby is not that into it sadly. But I guess all babys are different

My 5 month old is teething like crazy, so I've recently done research and ordered a TON of different teethers for him to try. Anything for the poor little guy to get some relief! Green Sprouts popped up in one of my research articles, and the ring was the cheapest option, so I figured I'd give it a try. So far so good! It IS larger than most ring teethers. He does not have a problem getting his mouth on it though...and seems to like the different textures (each little ring has a different texture). It stays cold a good amount of time (much longer than the Bright Starts ones we have). All in all, I'm happy with this purchase.
