Very happy with the purchase of this notebook journal. I had used my other one up and was needing a new one and this one is a perfect replacement and I love the leather cover and design of it very much. Pages are nice and neat and great for either journaling or note taking/planner.

The journal is really sturdy and nice to use. The pen is a bonus and writes well (although it won't make it through the journal) I bought one, used it to journal a trip and was so delighted I bought another. Better made than a lot of other journals I've purchased for twice the price. Update - I bought 2 more after this because I was so pleased Unfortunately, the first ones pen fell apart right as I opened the package with missing parts so reconstruction not possible. The second ones pen worked but the bookmark ribbon must have been at the end of a roll and was taped sloppily to another piece of ribbon. Still functional as a notebook but disappointing in terms of quality control.

Very nice journal. Great exterior touch and feel to cover. Does smudge easily though but smudges seem to disappear over time. Like the thick pages to take heavy pressure when writing with passion. Really like the pen. Nice roller ball type. No smudging of ink. Good size to fit my big hands. Question though about when pen runs out of ink. Cannot find a pen filler replacement. Does any one have experience with finding refills that fit the Percun pen?

The cover feels like a cardboard wrapped in the leather of the book, the leather is soft and feels good. But it is not sturdy at all. Plus the flap that wraps around the notebook to keep it closed, gets on the way whenever I am writing. It is pretty annoying. The pen is okay, not the best but gets the job done. Paper feels good to write on.
