The green color was perfect. They included a little straw so you can blow these up. It does take a minute or two, so plan accordingly if you're blowing them up. If you're using a device it will be faster. Pull out the straw and the balloon seals. There are little tabs at the top and one on the bottom so it's easy to hang the balloon or add it to a balloon bouquet.

Used a straw to inflate this for my daughter's birthday. It inflated easily and looked great. Had I used helium I am sure it would have been even better - but honestly - it's much easier to just use air. The color looks sharp and the number looks good. No complaints here!
