I really love these jeans! Especially for $32. The fabric is comfy with good stretch, not stiff or rough on texture. I feel like they do run a little big. I have a fit athletic body with with lots of quad, hammie & glute muscle. I'm 5'5" 138lbs typically wear a small (4-6) in most things. I could have sized down due to the stretch but these still fit well. It is hard to find pants that fit my thick quads & small waist. These were perfect! They remind me of Paige denim's Genevieve style jean but not paying $240 when I can get these for $32 ... show more

I am only 5 ft. so unfortunately I had to get these altered because they were way too long. However they fit well and are cute. I like the distressing, but it is a bit odd looking on the upper thighs. I ordered the hot pink color too and it had the same odd distressing in the same spot.

These jeans arrived tightly rolled up and sealed in plastic. The fabric is very thin with very , very slight stretch. You have to wash separately. Care tag instructions state do NOT tumble dry. They felt surprisingly comfortable before I washed them, and fit well. I’m not sure if these will last very long yet. Im also not sure how they will look after drip drying, they seem a bit wrinkly even though I tried to smooth them out while hanging. Part 2: I bought a second pair in a different color. It also arrived tightly rolled up and sealed in plastic. Same fit and care instructions, however the second pair are super long and I will have to hem them up in order to wear them. I bought a pair last spring in the lighter denim. I just bought a second pair and the dark denim. The quality of these is excellent. I am used to paying between $150-$200 for a good fitting pair of jeans. I tried these on a whim. The weight of the denim is perfect. They fit so good, my first pair was washed 1 million times and they keep their shape, the seams do not go crooked on the legs, the fabric over the zipper stays straight. I will be purchasing another pair to get me through the winter. Whoever makes these jeans are very consistent.. Nine months between purchases, and they are exactly the same. I am 5’3”. They are a bit long, but I do like longer jeans. They fit snug at the belly and the rear gradually going wider at the bottom. Makes me look taller. Love the style. They are high waisted, but do not cut into the waist. Extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend. ... show more

These jeans fall between 3 and 4 stars and I don't think I would buy again. The good: The fit is great. I am 5' 7" 135lbs and normally wear either a 4 or 6 in other brands. The small in these fit nicely. They are a little tighter around my waist than I'd like, but I do have a pretty big waist-to-hip ratio (menopause belly!) However, they are stretchy so are wearable. The length is perfect on me and they are wide in the leg without being super-wide and baggy like some brands I've tried. The bad: The denim is low quality and the fabric is stiff. I have washed and steam-ironed them to soften them up a bit but they are still pretty stiff. Also, on the pair I received, the distressing is uneven. I ordered the deep blue color and there were three parallel white lines that looked like scratch marks on one leg. Luckily, I have a deep blue felt pen so I lightly touched up the white lines and now they aren't visible. I am sure I will wear these but they won't be my go-to jeans. ... show more

I LOVE these jeans! They are faded in all the right places, the fabric is soft, the fit is good. They look and feel great! I'm in the process of losing weight, or I'd have ordered another three pairs. As it is, I placed an order for another pair in the next smaller size.

First, as others have noted, high waist should mean at the navel or above. These are below the navel. But, the fit is good, the weight of denim is light weight and comfortable. I did need to hem about an inch ( I use HeatnBond iron on adhesive hem product, which is a breeze.) I also got these in white. Also not true high waisted and did not need to hem. Very comfortable.
