I was definitely skeptical as first. As a woman who is 175lbs and only 5’5 I was hesitant that these would be too small. But I was so wrong. These things are comfortable, breathable, super cute. A large fit just right. When they’re pulled up they don’t move at all. Unlike other underwear that may shift when you sit and stand, these don’t slide down or move farther in, if you know what I mean. They cover everything perfectly in the front. I’m not worried anything will fall out. The colors are super cute too. After a whole day of wearing them I don’t even feel the seams. Great for working out in. Sizing is tricky? Quality seems nice but they seem to run small. I'm 5'3" & 130 lbs, in my 40's : I wanted them to fit more high waisted. I got the Meduim and it sits low, like a bikini, and rides up with too much movement. Very soft & stretchy but not high rise, I may order a size Large & see if those fit more like I envisioned.
