My truck is a 2023 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off Road premium. Recently I chipped off a tiny portion of my drivers side tail light. The OEM replacement was approximately $160 for a single tail light. After looking at aftermarket options on Amazon, I got the idea to replace both tail lights with the replica TRD Pro style that have the black accents instead of chrome. The approximately $90 price for the pair of lights was worth taking a chance on. The replica lights arrived on time, and were very well packaged. For ease of installation I kept my factory bulbs and mounts in use, with the exception of the reverse lights. The factory OEM reverse bulb mounts are not compatible with the new replica lights (?), so I used the new bulbs and mounts for reverse. The new bulb mounts for reverse plugged right in to the factory OEM harness. Take your time so you dont damage the new tail lights or your factory harnesses. The installation was very straight forward, and I had no problems. I recommend watching a few You Tube videos before attempting the install. The final result is great, the tail lights work properly and look fantastic! On a final note, hoping they last, as that is the only unknown at this point. ... show more

I installed the new taillights today, and overall they look great. The only issue I ran into was with the fitment. The alignment prongs on the new taillights were too small, so when I put the prongs into the slots and tightened the screws, there was still about a half-inch gap and the taillight wouldn’t sit flush. To fix it, I removed the original prongs from the factory taillights, drilled out the prong area on the new taillights so I wouldn’t crack the plastic, and threaded the OEM prongs into the new housing. Once I did that, the taillight fit tightly and correctly. Despite the frustration, the lights look good now, and for the price, they seem solid so far. ... show more

The taillights seem to be good quality, but the mounting holes do not match the original lights. The electrical that accompanied the taillights were plus and play for easy installation.
