I typically always have to put an extra insole into my Hey Dudes, not so with these shoes. I ordered them in a half size smaller than my actual size as this is typically what I have to do with Hey Dudes as they stretch out and become too loose. Come from wearing hey dudes and I have to say I think these are more comfortable and are true to size normally I wear 10.5, in hey dudes I wear11 but these fit great in 10.5. Had to break them in a little bit but after a few hours of walking in them they definitely loosened up and feel great
