Update: I spilled tea on this cover and it actually did bead up without penetrating the fabric. I previously stated that it was not waterproof. It is water repellent. I caught the spill right away and took the cover off my sofa nothing went through and my sofa was dry. Original review: My high rating is based on the low price. It is not water resistant at all. It’s cheap, stretchy and was easy to put on my click-clack sleep sofa. Don’t expect much and you won’t be disappointed. There’s no reason for the false water resistant claims. If you’re looking for a quick, easy and cheap sofa cover; this is it. I put it on the sofa in my finished basement. We don’t use that sofa often. The package was delivered yesterday and we immediately put it on our sofa. It appeared to be too big at first, but after the all of the tucks and stretching to under the sofa, it's a great fit. The color is exactly what I was going for. It's easy to put on with two people with one holding it while the other stretches it into place. As for the waterproofing, so far I haven't had any issues with spills. I have 3 dogs and it doesn't appear to be holding dog hair all over it. I'll update my reviews on this after I've had the sofa cover for a month or two. It appears to be very sturdy and well made but it's too early to tell. The price was good on this. ... show more

It fits great and it looks great however, my dog getting on it just ripped it in less than three days and originally I had asked or put that I wanted it to be waterproof. This one popped up and I purchased without reading which I understand. It was my fault, and my surprise is not waterproof but if you don’t have pets and you just want to cover or change the color of your sofa, this is a great idea and honestly it does look great but it’s not equipped for heavy load like my dog ... show more

Got the loveseat and the large one. Fit them well, easy to put on. Pretty thin like a jersey bedsheet. For those complaining that they don’t fit, the covers are shaped like a cliche sofa and you shove your cushions and corners to fit that shape. If you get those corners into the “ears” and “arms” of the cover, it will stay put. For those that say the covers are too small, maybe your couch is too sunken when you sit on it. Measure the lengths/widths/depths while having someone sit on your couch to get the true max dimensions and order that one. The foam stoppers do pop out all the time, my dog thinks I’m hiding toys in there but it’s not a big deal. I may try using pool noodles or bean bags instead. ... show more

I purchased this because my cat wouldn't stop peeing on our couch, the liquid still seeped though. Liquids only beed if it is a very minimum amount. Fabric is very thin. I liked the look of it but practicality wasn't there. Also the foam inserts it comes with to get it to stay on never stayed in.

This cover is pretty nice, and a much more affordable option to replacing our sofa. Pros: it claims to be water resistant (haven't tested it, but I'll take their word for it), it looks much better than the scratched up arm rests from our cats, hopefully it will deter the cats from any more scratching, it was pretty easy to put on (I did it myself), the color is nice (the light grey is pretty true to the vendor photo, as in it is more of a bluey-grey. My photos make it look a little warmer), it's machine washable, and it's soft. Cons: it doesn't quite fit the shape of our sofa (I was able to fill in the back with the back cushions, but there is still a lot of fabric left over. I did my best to tuck in the extra bits, but it's still a little wonky in places. I did search for a long time for a cover made for low-back sofas, but this one was the best option I could find). The material doesn't feel very durable, but time will tell. I just ordered the love seat cover to match, so hopefully the dye lots are the same, since I ordered them separately.
