I got these to use for my husbands graduation party. They were the perfect decorations for the cake table! It added just the right amount of light and decoration without taking away from the cake. Each letter/number does require two batteries which we bought at the dollar tree since we were only using them for one occasion. Each letter/number is very stable and stands by themselves. The light is a very warm yellow light and they are very bright for being on the smaller side. They are also made of plastic so they are super easy to clean if they get dirty or dusty. The batteries compartment is also very easy to open and doesn't require screws which is perfect for quickly adding or removing batteries between using and storing them.

The media could not be loaded. This is a set of eight light up letters, celebrating all the hard work of a grad in your life! Each letter is about 8 inches tall and has tiny round bulbs running along the center of the letters/numbers. Each letter needs 2 AA batteries (not included). There’s a power switch on the back of the letters, and you can set them on any flat surface, or even hang them on a wall for a graduation party, celebration, or event. They’re very eye-catching and lightweight. The only trouble I had with the lights was one of the number 2 shapes only lit up halfway. I tightened the bulbs and eventually wound up having to adjust the cord on the inside to get them to all light up. It was a little bit tricky, but in the end I did get all the lights to work. They look great! They’re going to be a lot of fun to use. I’ve even thought of ways to use some of the other letters/numbers after the graduation ceremony is complete. These light up letters/ numbers are working out very well for us. I hope they work out just as well for you!

I [HIGHLY RECOMMEND] this set of LED marquee lights. Great accent to any graduation decor theme. Pros: ~Good value ~Crisp white look when lights off ~Warm lights when on ~Hangable or flat-bottomed for table presentation Cons: ~None __________ This is a nice, value set of LED marquee lights. Each light requires 2 AA batteries (not included.) There is no remote, it is an on/off switch. Lights will stay on as long as your batteries hold up - the better the battery the longer they will stay lit. The letters have flat bottoms so they stand well on a table or mantle. My mantle is rocky and they stood just fine on the somewhat bumpy surface. There are also hanging holes should you want to hang them. The LED light is a nice warm color and will not overpower the room.

These are great signs. I'm using these to decorate for my daughter's graduation party. They're a good size, easily readable. I only wish I can buy individual numbers to use this for my son in a few years. Oh well. But these help liven up any decor for your grad. Really glad I got these.

These marquee lights are exactly what we were looking for for our daughter's upcoming graduation party. They are lightweight, molded plastic with the LEDs built in and ready to go. They are not fancy, but look nice from a few feet and make a nice prop. Be prepared to have lots of AA batteries on hand, as each requires 2, for a total of 16.
