Wow, just wow! I don’t often write reviews, unless something is so incredibly spectacular that I’ve got to let everyone know. This shirt is absolutely gorgeous. Sometimes you take a chance buying a shirt that is a polyester blend, because you could end up with a fabric that is really super shiny and stiff, but this one looks and feels like silk! It is not shiny, it is a matte color with just a sheen on it, and it’s very soft and supple, and on the thinner side, though not see-through, and feels like silk. It is such a beautiful top that I’m going to buy in several more colors. The style of the top is fantastic, as it hides my little tiny Buddha belly, and the fit complements my body type. I usually buy a large/XL because I like it more roomy, but I am a 38C, and as I mentioned with a little tiny Buddha belly, And this fits just beautifully. As other reviews have mentioned the snap is rather high up on the shirt, but I just plan to take the snap off and move it lower down. The color is gorgeous! This looks better in person than even in the photos, and this dark blush pink color is a very rich , and ever so slightly dusky rich pink color. This is the pink color that goes so well with black. It actually is my favorite pink color so I’m very happy about the color. I don’t think you will be disappointed with this shirt. I’m so happy with the shirt that not only will I buy other colors, but I’m also looking into the other pieces in the line… Because the quality is there— the stitching the fit, everything…!

This was an odds-against-it, last-minute purchase that went beyond the wildest best possible outcomes ... (I'm probably going to hell for this horrible carbon footprint/overnight shipment scenario, but it saved my last-minute invitation to a big city garden soiree!) The "pink" (not the light pink) is actually a lovely peachy pink, and perfect for the embroidered floral pants I had! For reference, I'm pretty short; 4'10" on a good day/125 lbs. Though a Small Petite is what usually fits best, with the exception of a sleeve button adjustment to keep the sleeves from swallowing my hands (and, allowed for a pretty addition of pearl buttons I had on hand) this Small Regular worked fine, because the silky fabric falls softly, disguised most fitting problems. Thank you, yes, I'm about $ .80 shy of having sold my soul to Amazon, but I was absolutely stunned at how well this all worked out, from ordering, shipping and arrival on Amazon's part, to the cut, drape, color, and quality of this GRACE KARIN dress blouse (I'm SOOO happy I stumbled onto it in under 30 minutes)! If you're a solid S, M, L, etc. you likely will be very happy with your purchase - I recommend you just go for one, or, two!

I wore this top in dark green with long wide-leg black dress pants and pointy-toed heeled black booties to a very fancy restaurant in New York City while on travel, knowing the meal would be 3+ hours and heavy, and I wanted something comfy. The material looks more expensive than the price; the cut is conservative and modest (the V-neck is high and the snap is strong and secure). Satin is inherently staticky, hot (doesn't breath well) and easily wrinkled--but looks elegant in a setting where sequins are too much, but cotton or jersey are not dressy enough. The weather was cool, so I did not feel too hot in this blouse. Easy to iron on very low setting in my hotel. Note that you have to pull this shirt on over your head (the inside cross-over is not like a kimono tie, but rather is stitched in pIace). I normally wear a petite medium (I have wide shoulders and hips, 34C bust, and am short as well as short-waisted), but the small fit best. I think this shirt would fit both larger and smaller busts, and the arm holes were generous. The first thing I did was replace the cheap-looking silver snap closure with a black snap purchased at a craft store. I have purchased other colors to go with my stretchy fancy pants for the fall and winter holidays.

This blouse arrived with a STRONG FOUL ODOR like a musky perfume! It smelled up my entire room. It is a beautiful blouse, but I must return it. No dry cleaner I know of would ever be able to get that smell out. I will re-order a new blouse and see if that too smells really bad. This is no factory smell that I have ever experienced.

I got this in beige (looks like cream in the photo but it's definitely a bit darker, sort of a light tan/champagne color). Very impressed with the fit -- I'm a busty gal (40D) and the XL fit perfectly. Sleeves are a bit too loose on my wrists but I'll fix that by just moving the buttons in a bit. Decided to order it also in the light pink. Will go with so many pants and skirts! Highly recommend.
