I am so disappointed in this dress. I bought the floral pink, and the fabric looks NOTHING like the picture. Keep in mind, I buy a lot of my clothes online, and my computer is accurate 90% of the time. But when something shows up and it's completely different in tone and color, it's not my monitor/computer. The colors in the manufacturer's picture look soft, and the pink looks like a soft pink with bluish undertones which works for my skin. What I got? A color pink that looks like a piece of bubble gum and a salmon cutlet had a baby. It's a sick looking orange-ish pink in not a good way. Too much yellowy orange in the color. Second, the floral print has big band-aid fleshy brown flowers all over it in a really ugly color. And the more colorful flowers on the print are neon colored, day glo orange-ish with neon green foliage. It's just fugly. None of this color scheme looks good on me and the color of this print is sorely misrepresented by the photo. Also, there is lining in the bodice (which is good, actually the whole dress could use some lining, because the skirt is see-through and would need a slip...), but because they did not put in a stay stitch in the lining along the seam where it connects to the outer fabric, the lining wants to curl and stick out so you see the lining when wearing it: a hallmark of a poor construction for a dress. Quality dressmakers will know you must put in a stay stitch or it looks rumpled and crappy. I may try another coloring, knowing I will need to wear a slip and I might have to put in a stay-stitch myself to make it lay well on the bodice, so I will factor these things into the cost. But I will say this: The fabric has great stretch and I would err to sizing down, to allow the fabric to smooth and provide some support for best fit.

Beautifully designed dress πI suggest machine wash cold water and hang dry. Nice material feel against skin π No rips, tears, nor snags and have worn and washed since purchase. No color fade after wash. Still vibrant and held shape (No stretch)

The dress fit true to size, looked fine on, color was good. But, it had elastic straps. Like what?! I guess it makes sense since I often have to take straps up for my shape, yet it was weird (and stretchy enough) to turn me off. I did send it back.

As usual, another great choice from Grace Karin. Buying from Grace Karin takes part of the guesswork out of buying clothes on the internet. I own several of dresses from the brand. My only complaint on this one is the straps are a little flimsy.

I have four of these dresses in different colours. Easy to iron, I machine wash and line dry. I took a star off because they changed the fabric from the first dress I purchased a year before. That dress is crush-resistant but the new fabric drapes well and is soft to the touch. No noticeable stretch but the style is excellent for breastfeeding or expressing. Good coverage for my milk-swollen breasts. So easy to wear to work and flatters despite the not-so-flat belly. Doesn't fade fast like most inexpensive dresses.
