This tracker isn’t worth it at all. Was really hoping it would work well for our golden retriever. Unfortunately this tracker is extremely inaccurate when it comes to live location. It showed our dog all over the neighborhood even though she was inside our home the entire time. We followed the instructions to the letter and it still didn’t work like it’s supposed to. This is a waste of money and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who wants to keep their dog safe.

The Petlock8 tracking device I purchased through Amazon Prime worked fine after a learning curve on my part and a few tweeks. Charie the Customer Experience Manager for Petlock8 got me through the device setup. As for the product description on Amazon Prime, it was misleading or at least confusing. I believed I was purchasing a product that came with a specially discounted price and the first year of service Included; what I believed to be promotion for Labor Day; apparently was not the case. Charie went the extra mile to come up with an equitable solution. If I could rate Charie with a rating above five; she would be a 10+++ As for the Petloc8 device... It works fine, has good battery life for the way it is used and the two year clubloc8 membership with monthly auto billing makes it a budget friendly way to keep track of my furry friend.

I got this tracker for my dog and it’s been such a relief knowing I can check in on her anytime. It’s small, super lightweight, and doesn’t bother her at all on her collar. The setup was super easy and the app is very user-friendly. I love that the battery lasts a good amount of time (like close to 2 weeks before recharging) and that it’s waterproof, which is a must since my dog is always outside running around. The alerts give me peace of mind, and I’ve even used the LED light feature at night to spot her quickly in the yard. It feels durable, and I don’t worry about it breaking if she’s roughhousing. Overall, it’s been a really great investment for keeping my baby safe and giving me peace of mind.

This gps worked really well then It started having issues but customer support was so quick at responding and even sent me a new tracker for free now I have peace of mind again, they have great customer support and the tracker has been accurate ever since.
