Sturdy product and adds great additional runway to launch a pizza with. The only issue I have is debris from cooking sometimes gets caught in the grove between the mantle and the oven. I use it every time I cook a pizza.

Took a while to receive this. Easy to install and slides right into the Arc XL slot. It's very pricey for what you are getting and unfortunately there are no other alternatives out there for a mantle. Helps to support heavy cast iron skillets. I like that I no longer have to pull the whole skilling out of the oven onto my cooking surface and instead can move food around with it still partially in the oven. ... show more
