I am a petite woman, and I find the fit a bit looser than ideal, and I need to pull up the sleeves up from time to time. I think it would fit better someone with larger biceps. But considering the length is just right for me, taller people might find these shorter than their liking. All that being said, it does provide some mild compression that is keeping my arms warmer than a long sleeve shirt does, and I can tell there's an improvement to my blood flow. ... show more

These are pretty good sleeves. Don’t expect a ton of compression, though, except down toward the wrist. Better quality material and build than expected. However, they came with a strong smell. My daughter wears a hand splint pretty much 24/7. I’ve tried many different brands for her. These sleeves are the first brand that didn’t shred or have “runs” in it after the first time being worn. They are thicker material and I’m pleased that I found these. Will be ordering some more.
