Light enough to carry and pretty simple to fold 3. Speed and battery life seem about as-advertised. It definitely feels more zippy than I thought it would be! 4. Feels solid and sturdy 5. Smooth, comfortable ride 6. The headlight is a nice touch and comes in handy The only downsides I can think of: 1. It's not waterproof, so you can't take it out when it's raining or wet out (or there's the possibility of rain) 2. There's no lock built in, so you'll need to bring a bike lock with you 3. This scooter was easy to set up and took less than 30 minutes. As a college student-athlete, GOTRAX scooters have been a life saver when it comes to recovery and making it to places on time. In regard to this model specifically, I really like how there are two speeds. There are plenty of bike lanes on campus, so I am free to ride at the speed that I desire, and having a faster scooter is really helpful and efficient. The scooter rides and brakes really smoothly, and it’s easy to make sharp turns, which I found difficult to do on other types of scooters. The bell is also loud, which can be of help. The only flaws I can point out is, as a 5’3” person, the scooter is pretty tall in comparison to the other models. This doesn’t necessarily make it more difficult to ride, but I felt a bit uneasy when I was first getting used to it. The other thing is that, because the scooter is larger, it’s pretty heavy. Update: 4/7/24. The customer support specialist , “Justin” continues to email me and harass me, after I asked him to stop. I wish I never bought this scooter after all. Update: 4/4/24The company has been emailing me telling me to increase my star rating to 4. I have asked their permission to post the harassing emails from them but they declined. I explained to them how the consumer should not have to diagnose and repair their broken product, right out of the box. It took months to resolve this. Updated 4/1/24 review: The company has since been very responsive and has resolved my issues. They even sent 2 accessories as gifts. Thank you Justin! This was a Christmas gift. Only 14 day return policy. Assembled console/handlebar Wires spark when connecting. Error code 25E. Solution replace console. I’ve been waiting since October for a new console. The company never answers the phone. I took several contact attempts on their website until I got a response. They asked more photos. Then they asked for Video of spinning the rear wheel. They processed a warranty only for the console. I’ve been waiting since October. The scooter is useless. Avoid the brand the customer support is very difficult to deal with. I just opened a purchase order and bought the part and I’m still waiting for both the warranty one and the one I ordered because I am tired of waiting.
