Most pool tables are $2500 and up. These guys found a way to offer good pool table for under $1000. It has height adjusters on each leg to get it flat. All you need is a basic level tool. It is around 200lbs so make sure you have 2 strong people to get it in the room you want. During the first month I noticed that a lot of my shots were ending up on the rail. That's because the adhesive under the felt doesn't run all the way across the table. It ends a few centimeters before the rail. So if a ball slow rolls near the rail, it will "Sink" into the gap between the edge of the adhesive underneath and the rail. I used it everyday for month to practice and it flattened out. Also, the table is made of plywood. You will not be able to refelt the table, so don't do jump shots. So why would I give a table with so many flaws a 5 Star review?? Price to quality! It's ready out of the box and does not require any assembly. Also it playes well once broken in. It will definitely last you a good amount of time, just not decades like actual slate table. So if you want a table to play with relatives/friends at home, get this one. If you need a professional grade pool table, go elsewhere. ... show more

I just purchased a wood grain 8-foot pool table with black felt. The Chinese excelled in making the absolutely cheapest made pool table you could possibly buy. It is humped up so bad in the middle that balls hug all four rails. If you roll the ball down the middle of the table, the ball will curve toward a cushion. All the leveling in the world will not fix it. My 4-foot level just rocks back and forth on the surface. The cushions are not triangular but flat on top. The cloth is pulled over it to make it look like a normal cushion. Also, they have a dead feel to them, not much bounce. The felt is thick and the balls roll with noticeable resistance. Both cue sticks are warped and for some reason when striking the cue ball, you can feel an abnormal shock wave in the handle. I think it's because the cue sticks are so light or maybe it's the tip. You can't practice on this table because it is nothing like playing on a real table. The balls that came with it seem ok. It came well packaged and no damage that I can see. It is heavy and the delivery guys had a very hard time lifting it. I think I'm going to try to relocate the legs because they are attached to the bottom of the playing surface. I think that might be some of the bowing problem and somehow pull the middle down from underneath mechanically using some steel channel and some screws. I'm not giving up yet, but I sure can't recommend buying one! ... show more
