Double sided, small-to-large 3 pieces for a very good price! I use the smooth side of the largest cutting board for veggie prep and the reverse side with liquids channel for cutting fruit. The medium size will be used for meat prep (and into the dishwasher after each use with raw meat) and the smallest one for aromatics and alliums like herbs, onions and garlic. The quality seems very very good and does not seems to suffer numerous bacteria-harboring knife marks like my old cutting boards. The $18+ price for all 3 boards is less than many other single boards. Would definitely buy again or send as a gift for serious (or casual) cooks! ... show more

I was pleasantly surprised with these cutting boards. The price is right for a 3 board set and the quality is 5 star. I believe they will last a long time. I will use one side of the larger board for meat and the other side for produce. I like the ridge around the edge of the boards to catch juices when cutting fruits. I love the rubberized edges that help hold the board firmly in place when cutting and make them easy to handle. These are dishwasher safe on the lower rack using the sanitize cycle.     • GRIP only refers to board vs. counter, not food vs. board
Most importantly: the ends of the boards on the flat side, have a ledge/cliff on the ends which prevents sliding/scraping off the resulting food into a pan or bowl. The design could have easily been tapered/sloped at the ends and still provide a risen edge on the ends to provide its advertised grip to the counter. The dark grey cutting surface shows all the cut marks (our other white/light boards do not emphasize this) The boards are well made, however, the cutting surface is almost slippery and has no texture to hold food from slipping while cutting. Most boards we've used have a subtly rough texture (e.g., embossed micro-pattern) to provide friction between the food and the board. However, to cut on these "GRIP" boards (either side), you must hold the food firmly while cutting. We have very sharp knives, and this has never been a problem with any previous board we've owned. We are retiring our old plastic boards and were seeking new ones. We'll keep these (non!) GRIP ones but begrudgingly. ... show more

    • Nice cutting boards!

These are very sturdy nice looking cutting boards. One feature that seemed like a great idea was the drip groove around the perimeter. It does indeed collect any liquid runoff but also catches a portion of the cut up food when you try to scrape it off the edge, I suppose you need to think about what is more important to you. The thing that I was more dismayed about is it shows all the cut marks so it will become pretty rough in no time. UPDATE! I passed judgement too soon. While washing I noticed the flip side is pretty much identical to the top with exemption of the company logo and no drip groove! So I have the best of both worlds wi a single cutting hboard! Smart thing! They should promote this in the product description. The other thing I noted initially as a negative; the easy at which the surface shows knife marks. These days I don't do a lot of cutting meats. I use them mostly for chopping vegetables, but I don't hesitate to grab one to cut up a chicken or trim a bit of pork loin. They're sturdy and light weight. I'm very happy to have gotten them.,

    • Easy to Clean & has Grooves

These cutting boards are white, so I was hesitant to get them because I've had other white boards & my seasonings (which I use on my meats) leave reddish or pink stains on the boards. I wash them in hot, soapy water and they lighten, but remain pinkish. I used these boards and used my seasonings which stain the most.
