Now everyone knows these are hard times but I was wanting something that would still show some holiday cheer. The reviews on the white tree is what pushed me to buy this $47 tree (at the time) and it was 8ft at that. It is very tall and easy to assemble. Yes you do have to fluff it and at first I was intimidated by the wire rods the branches are made of but it worked out with some positioning and once I get more decorations it should be a fine for my first tree as an adult. Sooo, I love, love, love the tree. I purchased the 8ft tree. I wanted to put it in the basement to keep my toddler from bothering it. But the ceilings too low. I have 9ft ceilings in the sitting area where the tree is placed in the picture. It is definitely 8ft. However, you cant put anything on the very tip. You would have to bend it to fix a topper to it. That would put it at about 7.5ft. Once you put on the topper it would most likely bring the tree back to 8+ feet or more depending on the height of the topper. In any case, you get what you pay for! I expected that from all the reviews, which I'm glad I read so that I would not expect more than what I got. I broke it in 2 places assembling right out the box, but it was nothing that you could not fix with household items. With that said, if you are looking for something to last many years then do not buy it. The pole of the entire tree is made out of a flimsy metal that will break with the least bit of pressure. I put the top portion of the tree on and it was heavy. The tree fell over. When I picked it up the bottom pole portion split so that the top would not sit in it anymore. I used some sort of metal clamp that my husband had laying around to close the split in the bottom and put the top back in. I went to put on the second portion and I looked and it had got a little bent from the fall as well. I tried to bend it back and an inch piece broke off. I had to glue it back in to the little white insert piece with some gorilla glue, which worked. But, I lost about an inch from the tree. Not too bad! That was fine. Then I finished opening all the limbs and went to put the very top portion on (It came with 3 pieces) and it looked a little crooked. So, I tried to just position it a tiny bit and I broke it in the middle. Almost in half, but because it was still partially connected, I just put some more gorilla glue in the spot and held it together with a piece of stick and tape. As you can see from the picture the tree looks fine. None of the mendings are showing or noticable at all. If you're heavy handed let someone with delicate hands handle the tree. It's a very nice tree for the price. The only thing wrong is that the metal is so feather weight. It may last 2 xmas' but I would not expect any longer than that. All in all a very nice tree. I would definitely recommend it. ... show more

We usually get a real tree but we decided to get a white artificial tree this year. I always set up multiple trees throughout the house so this will continue to be put to use for years moving forward! The tree was easy to set up even without reading the instructions. It took less than 30 minutes from start to finish including fluffing DON'T FORGET TO FLUFF!! The base feels flimsy it's sturdy enough (note the tree hasn't fallen over!) Some branches were browned and discolored. I just arranged these branches towards the back of the tree or wrapped bright white branches around them. Overall... You get what you pay for and I understood that so not too many complains! Good value and happy with the purchase. Will be used downstairs or in kids room next year! ... show more

normally i dont post a review but this time i decided to do a review since i was having second thought about this tree.I got the 8 ft one the bottom part does not have a lot of branches so i just took the bottom part off and only use the three top ones,the tree is too tall for my house so its perfect when i took it off so i can put my star on top.the tree itself is beautiful,easy to assemble,.i was not really expecting it to be this pretty but it came out so pretty and perfect.not to mention the price,soooo worth it ... show more

It’s cheaply made, no instructions. My item had string unraveling making the “branches” fall off the “tree” The tree is held together by a string.

    • A bit thin but adorable for living alone!
I like my tree, it's a little lacking but it adds character. Once it is dark and the lights are on, it is hard to tell. The tree does stand 6 feet tall and looks as real as it can. The tree sheds a lot when you first assemble it, but even with my cats playing with it, it doesn't shed so much as I thought it would. I'm very pleased with my silly tree!! ... show more

Sooo, the tree is not even close to the photo used to advertise it. The lower branches are bare metal where they extend out from the trunk, which is not aesthetically pleasing. That said, I was able, with some white garland and trickery, able to camouflage the worst of it and it really does make me happy. I doesn't shed excessively, which is nice and is very stable. I am happy with this tree overall, my husband and I where looking for our first Christmas tree without breaking the bank and this one seemed perfect (and works great), the only issue that we have found is that it's not full by any means compared to the pictures. I even left it for a week before decorating to fiddle with the branches, moving them around. It's still super cute and worth your money but in my husband's words "we have charlie Brown's Christmas tree". ... show more
