  • Undeserved Fear
I was skeptical at first, no afraid, afraid that an unlocked renewed phone would not work on T-Mobile or that it would not work at all (broken). At the least, I figured it would be missing accessories and have wear and tear on it. But I was wrong. The phone was in mint condition. It came in a black box, sealed in a plastic bag and only missing one accessory - the micro-usb to usb-c adapter. The rest was there. It took my SIM card and worked like a charm. It's a clean phone that is quite sprite with a crisp display and nice sound (for multimedia content.) My only real complaint is the sound for the ringtone and notifications (mind you these are both controlled by the same volume slider.) Not sure why, but it sounds like it uses a different speaker as it is more muffled than the multimedia stuff. The battery is fair, wish it would last longer, but it seems on par with other phones so this is not a complaint. Overall, it works great and was such a better deal than buying the Pixel 3a for more money. Maybe my experience is unique, but with unlocked renewed phones, you can now get the one you want and not be limited by what your provider has on the shelves. ... show more

  • Just stopped working!
The phone worked great...until it didn't... After only having it for a month, it stopped working, so I requested a replacement. 5 months later, that one stopped working, saying no SIM card and wouldn't even connect to Wi-Fi!

  • Battery isn't holding much of a charge after 6 months
Great phone, but the battery life isn't that good - I've had it for 6 months and the phone only stays on for about 3 hours, then dies. So, I need another phone already.

  • Most are locked Verizon phones, MUST buy your own charger
The vast majority of Renewed Pixel 3 phones are OEM locked Verizon phones. These are all third-party sellers and do not offer replacements, only refunds. It took six tries to get an unlocked phone. Good luck explaining the difference between SIM (carrier) unlocked and OEM (bootloader) unlocked and how all major carriers in the US except Verizon sold a variant of the Google store edition that has an IMEI starting with 99. One customer service rep was adamant that all phones in existence sold in the US have an IMEI starting with 35... If an OEM unlocked phone isn't important to you, remember this is your last year of OS upgrades from Google. You will have no way of modifying or upgrading your phone afterwards. The good news is the condition of these phones is usually fantastic. Some had loose charging ports and damaged buttons, but the screens and glass back were all great. More bad news however is that not a single seller sent me a legit charging brick. None can output 18W (9V at 2A) like the OEM charger, so they're all super super slow cheapo chargers and the sellers really don't care and argue the definition of "compatible". Is it compatible? I don't think so. Certainly not comparable. A lemon can technically charge a phone, but you wouldn't consider that compatible would you. So overall, avoid this Renewed phone unless you know exactly what you're doing and are willing to go through a lot of headache and returns for a well-priced phone in great condition. And buy a new charger. ... show more

  • Excellent condition for a renewed pixel phone
This phone works great. Arrived in perfect condition. The battery will barely last a day with light use. For the price, this is a great value.

  • Nice 3G Phone
In spite of being 3G, this phone seems to get better signal than my old 4G which I dropped and broke. It also has more storage capacity so I am not routinely getting close to maxing out on storage.

  • Nice
The unit we got looked brand new with no blemishes. So far everything checks out over a week a use and the battery life is about where it should be. 1 day with heavy kid use.
