I write this review only having received the phone yesterday. So far everything seems up to par. I liked when I turned it on there was plenty of battery to get it set up. I examined the phone for any damages which there could be since it is a refurbished/renewed phone. I did see a few blemishes around the charging port and other scuffs and sorts on the bottom and edges of phone. I grabbed some Windex and a paper towel and scrubbed the phone and they all but a few small blemishes around the charging port disappeared. I wish the phone would've been cleaned or sanitized before shipment but oh well, I guess.. The charging port and all other features so far seem to work just fine. I had no issues moving my sim card to this phone and transferring my stuff over was quick and simple. I don't like how I didn't receive shipment updates but other than that and the cleanliness I say this was worth the money. ... show more

Great phone with great features. I bought this phone right at a year ago. I don't like spending money on phones (Max $150), so I had not had an "amazing" phone to this point. At 1st I had buyers remorse for spending this much but that didn't last long at all. I just got the phone in the mail last night. Being this was my first time buying a renewed phone, I was interested to see what the phone would look like. I was pleasantly surprised that the phone looked completely brand new! There were no scratches or anything. I had no problem connecting the phone to my network with a virtual Sim. As of right now the phone is working great and running Android 11 smoothly. I am interested to see how it does with Android 12 and the next few months. My only complaint would be the charger that's included in the box. The charger that I got, I couldn't get it to work. Luckily I had some other usb type-c chargers so I was able to use one of those. If I didn't have that I would have been pissed. So keep in mind the phone is great but the accessories included are trash. At this price point, you can't really expect anything else. So if you buy this phone, I would probably buy a better charger right off the bat. So if you are nervous about ordering a renewed phone, like I was, you can use my experience to hopefully calm your nerves. At first I thought the wireless charging wasn't working but I found out that the pixel stand from google is very picky on what sort of cable or charger you are using. The phone works perfectly and has no scratches and no problems whatsoever. The seller was SoonerSoft Electronics. The Google Pixel 3XL I got from them is just like brand new. ... show more

El producto me ha salido muy bueno, llevo casi un año con él, y, aunque el producto es renovado, para mí es como si ubiera sido nuevo, sin rayones ni marcas de uso, la batería venía con casi el 90% de vida útil. My son needed a new play phone. (games and such) my daughter and I have this phone and decided it'd be a good phone for my 5 year old. It always disconnects from wifi. If you even try to go into settings it freezes everytime. This phone is pretty much a paper weight.

Worst purchase ever. Seller Recell didn't do their job and send this device without testing it. It took for more than 15 days to return it internationally. A nightmare
