UPDATE: GOOGOO contacted me honestly really fast after the review, they were able to send me a new set and it’s been great! I haven’t had any issues, and I’ve washed them twice. Still look amazing. I do have to wash my hair more often, they get greasier than my natural hair. But aside from that they’ve been wonderful! Definitely recommend First I want to start by saying these extensions were super soft, the reviews on them were the exact reason I was so eager to buy them. they looked really great coming out of the package and I was so excited to put them in. As soon as I got them I started to install them but sadly I was really disappointed in the thinness of the hair, nonetheless I wasn’t going to give up with them being so thin I tried the sandwich method for installing, also thinking this would help them stay longer. After 4 days it started to lift and the extensions were sliding down, the ends seem stringy not sure if they are defective or what I did wrong. I’m so sad I was so excited for these ... show more

EDIT to add! Week 4 and these are so beautiful just as beautiful as the day I put them in. My hair grows fast so I’ll probably get them pushed up at week 8 but they are so pretty. I feel like I need to stress how important it is to keep them up though I feel like these bad reviews are from people who are not trimming them once a week or sleeping in silk or using the right shampoo. 1. Use a wide tooth comb 2. USE REMY SOFT MOISTURE LAB SYSTEM SHAMPOOO CONDITIONER ANDDDD OIL IN BLUE BOTTLE. 3. Sleep in a silk bonnet every night with hair braided or low pony 4. TRIM SPLIT ENDS!!!!! If you don’t the hair will split all the way up and it will ruin the quality. Will update for how many uses I got out of them but they are well worth it The best on Amazon!!! The hair is so soft and they give replacement tape with your order. I wish I knew before ordering extra lol. I bought clip ins from this same brand and they lasted over a year These were super easy to put in! I needed 2 bundles for my entire head with VERY fine and thin hair. I will add a little more when my 3rd bundle arrives tomorrow but I still love it as is. The instructions say use 350 F flat iron to seal the tape, 5 to 6 seconds hold then tap 5-6 times. If you have a high quality iron like a chi or sutra, I suggest 250 or lower. I used 300 and it melted the tape on my first try! Cheaper irons may be fine to do 350 but be careful. Sleep with a silk bonnet or a silk pillowcase if you can sleep with a ponytail. I used a bonnet and woke up with perfect hair, almost no tangles. The hair will last longer. ... show more

UPDATE: So, I'll leave my original review for comparison. The customer service from GooGoo took the initiative to reach out to me after my review and offered a few solutions. One of which was to receive replacements. I chose this option as I really liked the color and feel of the hair. It honestly has an AMAZING first impression. However if you read the previous review I made, you'll know that once installed I felt the hair was too thin... I received full replacements for my original order, the shipping was fast, but I had already installed another brand of extensions while I waited (which is the reason for a delay in update). I was really impressed with the customer service, really glad that they wanted to make it right. The extensions were packaged similar as before with lashes and spare tape. The hair itself, again, makes a wonderful first impression. The color match is perfect for me, the hair silky and soft. I DID weigh the bundles and they were all 50g. So that's on point. There are meant to be 20 tapes per pack. My 14" pack had 20 tapes, my 16" had 21 tapes, and my 18" pack had 22 tapes. That's not really a complaint, but noteworthy, I suppose. I do feel the adhesive is not perfect, but honestly I feel this way about all brands of extensions. Highly recommend buying your own tape. So, the important part...After install, I am much happier with these extensions. Three packs gives me natural fullness and for whatever reason this set seems to be thicker than the last! I typically run my tape ins for 6-8wks and will update after some wear. :) ORIGINAL REVIEW: I wanted to love these extensions, really. These extensions seem to have quite a few mixed reviews. I decided to give them a try....to be honest I'm a little disappointed... The packaging was fine, everything was sealed and well kept. I also got free lashes with each pack and that was an amazing touch. They send spare tapes and care instructions as well. My first impressions of the hair were really good. It's soft and silky, the color match for my hair was perfect, the weft itself is nice and slender compared to a lot of other tape in brands. The disappointment happened after I started applying the extensions, it seems that the adhesive isn't the best, but that's something you can change out if you need, I'd buy my own tape if you're getting these. The sandwiches were coming apart almost immediately, I've never had that happen before. The other huge disappointment is how thin the hair is. I am going for length, so I typically buy 3 50g packs of 14", 16", and 18" from another brand and it makes my hair the right thickness...these extensions seems so so so thin. They also had 1 unmatched weft in each pack which is odd... and I know some people are like, "well that's nice, they included and extra!" But if we're going for overall volume and weight, that's means that there is hair that will go unused (meaning part of that 50g), unless you prefer cutting your wefts. I'm hoping I got a bad set, but tbh I'm not sure I'll buy again....who knows. ... show more
