Im between an average and amateur golfer. Decided to try the Stix brand and honestly regret it. I like the weight of these heads more and the steel shaft, plus only a fraction of the cost from bigger name brands. The packaging was high quality for Amazon, club in a plastic sleeve, head wrapped in plastic as well as bubble wrap. The whole club was secured in a slick black box with foam inserts to prevent it rattling around. Very impressed comparing to other Amazon sellers Stix was very disappointing, my silver 52 wedge hedge actually flew off in a simulator within a year of purchasing it brand new from their website. I epoxied it back on no big deal, however months later the graphite shaft now sounds like its splintering and about the shatter when I swing it. I can see a driver or wood head flying off, but a wedge? Cmon... id rather buy 3 of these for the same price, even though one is all I need and has lasted much longer Plus, golfers not knowing a brand name, seems to have a lower chance of them stealing it when left on a previous hole. Sad but true. Unless you play on TV, I wouldn't waste money getting fitted on a new set. Play around with club height and grips and you'll have just as much fun as the guy who spent $3000 for a set ... show more
