I love the fun and shiny change it made to this room. Not a one person job to install at all. I needed to recruit my friends. It was fairly easy to put up, just buy the knife and smoothing tool to go with it. The hardest part was lining up the designs and keeping it lined up on the way down. I have had it up for three months now and it is holding up well.

The pattern was just as expected. And, the lines on the reverse side made it easy to measure and cut. I also found it easy to position and adhere this item to my wall. I would definitely use products made by this manufacturer again!

UPDATE: I finally figured this thing out. It will only work on matte paint finish. If you try to put it over eggshell or anything shinier than matte it won't stick to it. As for the pattern alignment - what worked for me was overlapping the strips by about 1.5-2 inches. That's a lot of waste,but it's what worked. Upgrading from 2 to 3 stars because I got it done but nothing higher because of the waste and glue stench. At first I was taken aback by the fact that this is much more shiny than expected. I thought the gold would be more matte. Then I've decided to give it a go because I love ginkgo. Boy, oh, boy was I disappointed. The adhesive STINKS. It's pretty strong and uncomfortable during application. This feels like a contract paper not a wall paper. It's too too thick which makes it hard to adhere around edges. The pattern is upside down so you have to start at the bottom of the wall and go upwards if you want the leaves pointing the right way. Lastly, the pattern is made so you don't overlap the strips but put them next to each other. No matter how hard I tried the pattern didn't fully align and there was a gap noticeable between the 2 strips. Returning, hoping for a refund 😢

This stuff is thick, easy to cut, and looks fantastic. The adhesion is minimal and it tears easily, making it extremely disappointing. I had to actually hot glue the edges down so it would stop curling up, and it tore while I was just trying to stick it on and peel the backing off.

We used this for an art deco styled room in an American Girl dollhouse we’re building for our daughter. It’s quite pretty and easy to install. Had to get a second roll just for the doll room due to the repeat—so just know the roll doesn’t go far for a real space.

Super easy application. Cut very nice with a razor blade. I stuck this onto a very smooth surface, but I don't see it sticking too well on a painted wall. Maybe though! Great price for the small project I needed it for.
