I like the fact that it came with a second cover. When it arrived I was apprehensive because it seemed really hard, but once it warmed up it was fine. It also didn't have a strong chemical smell. I was worried it would, as I bought this pillow for my husband and he has a sensitive sense of smell. He had been getting headaches and neck pain after we switched to a memory foam mattress as our old pillows (also memory foam) were just too thick. They were good pillows, they just didn't give enough, holding his head too high now that the rest of him was sinking in too. He's been using it for about a week now, but said the pain was better after just the first night. Now that I've started having the same problem, I'm buying a second one for me!

This pillow is everything it says it is, including firm. Too firm for me, but that isn't maker's fault. I need low profile pillow like this, only soft, for my neck and head.

This is the perfect thickness for a lumbar support pillow. This is the goldilocks size - not to thick, not too thin, but just right. Maintains its shape and thickness.

We couldn’t fine a comforter when COVID started. I love this as I was able to order it lager than a king. No move tub a war at night with my boyfriend. Cover the bed perfectly, you will have to fold the top over when making the bed as it could be too long length ways. But if you have pillows to add when folding over the top with your sheet it looks adorable. The red is beautiful also. I have had a couple of comments from family how pretty it looks!

It is almost impossible for me to find a pillow that works because of my neck injury. Almost all of them are either too thick or push on the back of my head even though they shrink when I lie on the them. The ones that are thin enough, just disappear when I put my head on them and don't provide any support at all. This one works perfectly for me. It is the perfect thickness and the memory foam holds up just enough to provide that little but of support I need. Unlike thicker memory foam pillows, it is soft and foldable.

Not squishy enough but I'm very picky about my pillows. Very rigid. Squishes down a little so if you like support and thinness this is perfect. It's a little too thick for my liking as well, but like I said I'm picky. I mostly sleep without pillows because I like my neck to be straight, but when I roll over....

Buy this awesome pillow and save the plastic heavy duty case it comes in! Going to travel, need your pillow? Put it right in it's case and your ready to go, It's that simple. I am a stomach sleeper, and a bit on my side also, the pillow is firm but comfortable with a touch of flex softness. Well pleased, great product, I rated it best, because it let's me sleep well.
