I used these foil balloons for centerpieces. They are durable and great quality. I did not use helium so I’m not sure of they are able to float. But very easy assemble. And they are so nice to add to any decor. Only 1 of them had a small hole but it still held up for the dinner. In the future I will use them with Helium. and review the helium capacity. I purchased these for my daughter’s high school graduation and when I took them to get inflated with helium, one of the 2’s had a hole in it (straight out of the packaging). The employee was kind enough to offer me a replacement #2 but it was larger than the other 3 numbers so it looked odd but I said I would make it work. Got home with the balloons and the #4 balloon immediately started deflating - before the party started. I didn’t even use them - I just tied them to a chair.
