I bought the dark brown version of this shoe in August 2022. I wear them almost exclusively around the house every waking moment and they have held up much better than I would have expected: no loose stitching, nothing coming unglued, they show no wear whatsoever, except for the outer sole of the shoe, where the heels have worn down about 50% from new, due to the fact that I drag my heels when I walk, a bad habit. That doesn't bother me so much but what does is the fact that the sole is made from some kind of black "rubbery" material that leaves marks on tile, linoleum and carpet. I sit in a rocking chair, and I often rock and the light, back-and-forth sliding of my feet causes the sole material to wear-off, leaving black streaks on the medium brown carpet, which become quite dark over the course of a couple of weeks. Spray car carpet cleaner takes it off, but it is a hassle. It's not unreasonable that the sole gradually wears down like this - I just wish the material was offered in a medium tan or brown color. Of course, you'd have the same problem on very dark colors with the lighter color smeared over the dark. Ideally, the sole material would be made from something that disappears once it wears off, rather than accumulating on top, streak-by-streak. It's bad enough that I wouldn't buy them again, but that's the only negative, otherwise I would rate them four stars. If you're not a compulsive rocker and you pick up your feet completely off the floor with each step, you should be fine.
