If you're buying this to monitor your BP don't bother! It is so inaccurate! So frustrating that none of these watches give accurate BP! I can't wear my monitor all day but need to keep track.

I ordered this as my first fitness tracker watch. It's a good-looking watch, with a comfortable plastic-material light pink band that will easily fit on most wrists. The pink seems to blend in with my light skin; it's not a blaring color. It measures 1-3/4" H x 1" W. The temperature (weather, body) is given in Centrigrade; maybe with the app it can be switched to Farenheit. Even before reading the instructions, I was able to figure out how to operate it as most of it is pretty straightforward. It offers a choice of two screen layouts to access the various data -- I like the scrolling format best because it says what each symbol means (see my photo for sample of scrolling format). I like what it offers -- number of steps in a day, heart rate, blood pressure, sleep, oxygen levels, fitness timing, weather, and additional data. The watch can be synced to messages, music and a few other features from your phone. You can use this on its own, or, more commonly, sync it to their app, loaded on your cell phone. That way you get data collected over time. I'm not sure about the blood pressure accuracy as it gives me a much lower readout compared to the BP reading using a cuff. I haven't had the chance to download the app at the time of this writing. It's great to get immediate feedback on demand. It's not a waterproof watch. The watch comes with a USB-C connector charging cord that magnetically connects to the back of the watch. I'm enjoying the instant-read data. I hope this information is helpful for you. ... show more
