I’d recently ruined a pair I brought about a year ago with bleach and ordered these to replace them, Gloria Vanderbilt jeans are the best quality jeans I’ve ever found, they’re comfortable, they don’t loose color, they fit great. I like how dark the color stays no matter how many washes. They stretch the perfect amount. Hands down best jeans, especially if you’re plus size.

I have purchased these jeans in department stores for many years but they have gotten very expensive. When I saw these at such a great price I purchased 2 pair, a week apart because I wanted to make sure they fit. The first pair was the black and exactly like the blacks I have purchased in Belk, Kohl’s and Penny’s, they run a little smaller but since I have lost 42 pounds over the last 7 months I was ok if they were smaller so I would have something for when I get down to a smaller size. To my surprise, the black pair actually wasn’t that much smaller than my other 16W that I had purchased from Belk and at Kohl’s in December, once I lose 5 more pounds they will fit great in the waist. I decided to order another pair, this time in Portland Wash, a darker blue, these fit wonderfully. I will say I did order a 16W short and these are average but since I can sew, it won’t be a big deal to cut it down and sew it to be the correct length. I just wish I could get a 14W for when I reach my next goal but I will go into a local store and try on the misses size to see what size I need to order from Amazon. Super fast delivery, even on the last one that indicated I wouldn’t receive it until 1/23-1/31, I actually received it in 3 days. These jeans are perfect for a 72 year old woman to wear, very comfortable and flattering.

I have been a lover of the Gloria Vanderbilt Classic Amanda Jeans for a long time. I bout these because they are about $15.00 cheaper than at local department stores. They are good, quality midweight denim, with a good amount of stretch that provides all day comfort when the jeans come from certain countries of origin. I love, love love the Scottsdale Wash pair, they fit and feel terrific. Unfortunately, like most American companies these days, product fabrication is outsourced to several other countries for cheaper materials and labor. With this, comes a complete disregard for quality control. I purchased both the Scottsdale Wash and Rinse Noir colors in the same size. Scottsdale Wash was made in Bangladesh, and Rinse Noir was made in Jordon. The Scottsdale Wash fit perfectly, the material was soft and smooth, mid weight denim, had the right amount of stretch over-all and the waistband was a little stretchy. The Rinse Noir pair made in Jordon was a little heavier weight, very rough and course to the touch, had very little stretch over-all, and the waistband had absolutely no stretch, and the hips were cut about an inch smaller than the other pair (again, same listed size). Sadly, I am having to send the Rinse Noir pair back. I wish I knew of a way to really get through to the company to let them know how inconsistent the sizes can be between the different countries (I've sent the suggestion to corporate before). I just wish there could be a standard that could be stuck to, so that each color stayed consistent in feel and fit so I could benefit from the lower price with Amazon.

These looked like they might be more flattering in the picture. They are very plain straight leg jeans. I am 5’7 1/2”, about 220 lbs, full figured, and pear shaped. I ordered the 20 Plus. There is room for my big bottom, hips, and legs. They’re not really high waisted, like I prefer, and the waist is baggy on me but I will wear them with a belt. I might have fit 18 Plus, but I prefer a little looser fit denim jean so I can wear long underwear in cold climate Winters, and so they cover my belly. I measured a 20 Plus. They fit as expected for straight leg jeans. I love the variety of colors offered by the seller. I got the solid brown and a light blue denim for under $20/pair on sale, so I will keep them to match my shirts. If I had paid more for a medium blue (my go-to) I might return them for a more flattering style. I always order my correct size by measurement, so that is not the issue. I will NOT be ordering any more dark colors because my cat is cream colored and his fur sticks to the fabric. The solid colors (not blue jeans denim) have a tackier material, in the sense that lint and pet hair stick to it. The brown jeans I ordered are darker than shown online. I might try the washed black denim, but not the solids. I might purchase again on sale or layaway. I love the layaway option. I chose these for the low payment option and because they were on sale.

I am 5'9, curvy, big hips, big butt, smaller waist. My normal size is 24, my old jeans are fitting tight, so based on the reviews, that's what I ordered because I read they tend to loosen and stretch out. Like other reviews, they are not going to fit perfectly over a large booty, they are going to ride low in the back, but that's how most of my other jeans fit, so I'm used to it and I deal with it. I like the fit, they have just enough power in the tummy area, and the legs are not tight. They fit like a boyfriend jean, and I think the denim is fine, it doesn't feel cheap to me. I'm tall, I ordered average and they are about right. I usually tuck them into boots or roll them up and wear them cropped with cute shoes, anyway so that's not a major concern of mine. Check your inseam if you worry about this. Bottom line, if I can get them on, zip and button them, they have a little extra tummy support, and I don't have to spend all day fussing with them, I'm good! These will work.
