    • Looks good but a piece of wood came cracked - non-exestant customer service
After assembling the whole top of this storage piece, I started on the supports only to find that one of pieces was badly cracked. I tried to call the customer support line - could not get a human with whom to speak. Finally, I gave up trying and tried to "fix" the wood crack with epoxy glue and a clamp - not optimum, but it seems to have worked. I didn't try to go through Amazon because it was such a large package to handle and my "fix" seems to be working. Cheap thin particle manufactured wood. Arrived split and gouged with no hardwood. Amazon should not offer this product for sale. Returning item, but honestly, Amazon should not waste my or their time or cost associated with return shipping.
