Necklace must have been previously returned. The chain arrived in the black bag only, not in the plastic bag as shown in videos of unboxing. Also, the cleaning cloth and stickers were not included. On a positive note, the necklace is beautiful but will be returned because it’s too short. I am ordering a replacement of the same necklace in a longer length. It's too small, it doesn't fit the size they share in the photo, if I had known that I wouldn't have bought anything without a doubt.
