I actually love my Gladwell electric mop and the customer service from Gladwell. Let me just say, when I have questions about a product, I like to get answers fast, and the Gladwell team answers me right away. Now for the mop – It's awesome and works amazing! Until now I have been using my regular mop and pail filled with soapy water. I am so excited with my new electric Glider mop, it is the first time I have one like this. No cord, the battery is long lasting and it just scrubs, buffers and mops all the different floors I have in my house. I have hardwood floor, tiles, and some laminate. No more bending over with the regular mop and pail this is so easy. I actually don’t know what took me so long to get one, but it’s the best purchase I have made all year. It offers a very high powerful deep clean with its dual spin technology. It's also very quiet, so I don’t bother anybody, and the handle does this cool 180-degree rotation. So, I just turn it around to different parts of the room. The pads are awesome and wash them in the washing machine with everything else. I do a lot of cooking, so I mop in the kitchen every 2 days, and the rest of my house weekly. Can be used with the cleaning solution of choice, with the fresh scent that you like best, I chose the lavender solution which I happen to order from Gladwell to test it all out together. Totally love the whole thing and will be getting one for my mom.

Sorry for the long post! I used this product about a total of 3-4 times. After the 2nd time the water tank cracked. The water tank is made of a thin plastic. I reached out for a replacement since the mop was only approximately 6 months old. I was told they had none in stock but would send one out. Months passed, I reached out again, they apologized and said they would send two when they come in. A couple more months passed and my husband reached out and finally received 1 replacement. When we get the replacement the mop isn't working. I reach out and they said they are having problems with the battery so will send me a battery replacement. A couple months later I received the battery replacement. It still did not work. We are thinking it may be the charging cord for the machine. They said they would send me a replacement. It's been over 7 more months and still no replacement. So I have had this machine for 3 years, used it a total of 3-4 times. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt with COVID and all and know shipping issues are happening. But they are full of broken promises. They said they would give me $50 off a new one. REALLY! I ended up just purchasing the Bissell Crosswave Multi-Surface Wet/Dry Vacuum. BEST PURCHASE EVER! The gladewell you have to change the pads, one for scrubbing and one for wiping it up. Think about that, you are squirting liquid on the floor then scrubbing with the pads, then wiping it up with another pad. Nothing is sucking it up, you are just wiping it, so a lot of it is still staying on the floor. The bissell crosswave sucks it up and my floors are so clean! Save your money and put it towards a bissell. They will stand behind their product!

I bought this mop in 2019, and have used it once or twice a week since purchase. I don’t understand the negative reviews because my mop still holds a charge, has no broken pieces, doesn’t leak, and still works like a charm. When I’m done with it, I empty the tank, and let the tank & cap air dry until the next time I use it. I am careful with it and store it where the mop won’t be bumped or knocked over. No amount of getting on my knees and hand scrubbing can compare to how well this mop cleans, even 4 years later. The only thing I need after 4 years are new pads. I came to Amazon to view my order in 2019 for size and was blown away by the negative reviews when I’ve had nothing but the best of luck with this mop. Honestly, if I hadn’t bought this mop and viewed the responses as a newby, I’d be afraid to click the buy button. Instead, This is one purchase I’m very happy I made.

I really like this mop. It’s quiet, light and works great. I used it to mop and wax my terrazo floors (although I did not put the wax through the machine, just poured on the floor and spread it). That said, it is a little fragile. You have to treat it gently. However, when mine stopped spraying (not clogged..just no motor action when pressing button) , I contacted the company and they quickly responded, apologized, honored the guarantee, and have sent me a new mop! I’m anxiously awaiting its arrival.

This cleaner is absolutely a God-send! I have a hip replacement and bending / cleaning is not an easy option. This electric mop is the best cleaner I've ever purchased. The pads are easily attached (just plop them on as the bottom is Velcro), the mop itself is super-quiet, and BEST OF ALL, it cleans beautifully with minimal effort. Pushing the mop takes no effort (you can do it one-handed) and the pads can clean an entire floor level (the main floor of my house is about 1800 sq ft) before you'd need to rinse the pads out. The pads are washable so you can reuse them - happy bonus! I've read the other reviews about the tank cap breaking but, so far, I haven't had any problems. I may get a replacement tank or cap, just in case. My stone floor and hard-wood floors are finally sparkling clean. With a dog, a cat, kids, and a husband who works in construction, the floors get messy quickly. This mop lets me clean the floors FAST and with very little effort. I REALLY, REALLY love this mop!
