The name honestly is so wild that I had no idea what to expect in the scent. There is a hint of a woody earthiness to it but also a sorta sweet, almost floral overtone. Sometimes it was close to overbearing and reminded me of warm drinks in the winter without being able to pick which one. I love these Glade candles; I have cats and they help to cover up the litter box scents. They burn easily and stay lit for a long time. Cashmere Woods is really nice—it’s not too manly and is lighter than you might think. It still has good throw and it smells a little sweet, a little vanilla, and a little woodsy. Oh, I really like the scent and look of these candles. These don't smell artificial. They have that lovely essential oil scent going for them. I didn't know what to expect from the scent "cashmere woods" but it's got a warm, deep scent. Like, is it corny to say that wearing a sweater snuggled up by a fire are the vibes? So, I have become kind of a candle snob. I love a high end hand made candle so I fully expected to hate everything about this little two candle set from Glade. I was completely wrong. First off, I love the scent from the infused essential oils. Subjective but I think most will be happy here. The candles burn reasonably slowly and the glass jars have a nice swirl in them. All good. There isn’t a lot in the way of product disclosure but none of the bad stuff are in these. These aren’t five star candles but they are good and the high value proposition makes these a five star rating for me. Recommend. ... show more

The scent of these candles is just wonderful - a combination of sandalwood and jasmine scents. My only complaint is that the candles are in a cardboard sleeve that is not wrapped in plastic. As I removed the candles from the shipping box, one of the candles simply fell out of the card board sleeve and onto the counter. Fortunately, the glass did not shatter. They need to be wrapped in plastic since they are not secured inside of the cardboard sleeve! Otherwise, a wonderful candle from the trusted Glade brand. ... show more
