It's been so long since I've worn Hot Couture (which used to be my signature scent), I can't say 110%, but to me it smells just the same!! Definitely worth a buy for this nostalgic & sexy fragrance! Only thing is it's not quite as strong/lasting; my husband had to lean in to smell it.

I am an O.G. Hot Couture girl! I bought this the very first season it came out and I have worn it for 24 years on and off. I received the newly designed bottle and it smells fantastic. It is not exactly as strong as the original, but I am so grateful that I can still purchase this perfume (and not old bottles off of Ebay). It is the only perfume that I wear that people stop me on the street to ask what I am wearing. The sillage is great. You can smell it on clothes days after spraying. It’s similar but definitely not the same scent as the original. Can’t return it and I’m so sad. There is a very heavy sweetness to this one that no one around me likes. It makes me want to sneeze too. Is it bergamot?? I’m not sure but you can put my almost empty bottle next to this one and there’s no denying it. They’re not the same. Edited to add: it’s VANILLA! It’s all I can smell when I first put it on. My other bottles do not have that heavy heavy vanilla note. And the others posters are right this new formula doesn’t last long. ... show more
