I was so right, it started to feel like it was wrong to be so right. But I wear a 9.5 and the 44 fits perfectly, so if you are planning to get a Giro shoe, that sort of conversion should work out pretty well. In the end, this shoe is just amazing. I paired these with carbon keo blades by Look. The shoes felt a tad bit tight. I typically run a size 45, so I'm going to ride these a few more times and see if going one size up could be more beneficial. With thay being said, The shoes are stiff and provide plenty of power on each stroke and pull.
